I am inspired by the power of myths and dreams, by textures, contrasts and the search for individual wholeness through religion, mythology and art. I want to touch upon the atmosphere of stories and dreams, creating vignettes of living fantasy worlds, which may act as catalysts for the imagination. My work stresses the importance of myth with the human psyche, which I believe should not be seen as merely fictitious but taken seriously as a metaphor for reality.
